About the Community of Practice

Our process follows a System Innovation Framework developed by RISE Research Institutes of Sweden, with three phases:

Phase 1 — Mapping & Negotiating Needs: We map our territory’s system dynamics, identify stakeholders, and collectively understand what challenges we face and what resources we have.

Phase 2 — Identifying Opportunities within Enablers: We explore thematic enablers (such as circular bioeconomy, mobility, smart agriculture, cultural heritage) to find concrete opportunities for innovation.

Phase 3 — Designing Specific Interventions: We co-design concrete interventions, test our assumptions, and evaluate their systemic impact using causal loop diagrams.
