Changes at "Create one-stop-shop approaches for urban-rural policies"

Consolidate the EU's fragmented local development initiatives under a mission-oriented framework: earmark 8% of funding for local development in the National and Regional Partnership Plans, aligned with the successor to Policy Objective 5 'A Europe Closer to Citizens', and create a dedicated window for functional areas within the European Competitiveness Fund.
